  • Welcome to Nathan Family Law. We are a Lower Hutt based law firm with a strong focus on issues affecting families including domestic violence, care of children, relationship property, conveyancing, wills, divorce. Pretty much anything that life throws at you that may need legal expertise to resolve. I can act for you in many areas where you may find that you need dependable legal advice and services.

    Through my personal experiences and those of the community I serve, I bring real-world empathy to all manner of issues facing families and individuals. We provide a friendly and caring environment where you get plain English help and advice.     Julius has been working for Nathan Family Law since early 2025.

    In his free time, Julius enjoys playing basketball.

Hanna Lucid

    Hanna graduated from Victoria University in 2025 where she studied law, cultural anthropology, and history. She joined our team as a Law Clerk in August 2025, and in December of 2025 become a Solicitor with our firm.

    Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Hanna moved to New Zealand in 2016. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and travelling to new destinations.

Fiona Theobald

  • Fiona began her legal career over 15 years ago as a receptionist in a small law firm. Since then she has worked in a variety of roles in law firms - including as an accounts person, trust accounts manager, and practice manager. In 2025 Fiona became a Registered Legal Executive.

    In her free time, Fiona enjoys spending time with her family.
